8 Dimensions
of life
What are they?
In our mission to help restore the exploited women who come to Hope Ranch, we follow a model that recognizes and heals a person along 8 dimensions of a full and whole life, all built upon the foundation of a belief system.
Our appreciation goes out to Leadership Design Group, who first created this model and shared it with us.

The Foundation: Belief System
Our core beliefs inform the way we think, our decisions, and thus the trajectory of our lives. These beliefs are formed from life experience, culture, and values. Some core beliefs are true and healthy while others are false, destructive, or even toxic in nature. True lasting transformation begins with exchanging our false beliefs with God’s truth.

“So Jesus was saying to those Jews who had believed Him, ‘If you continue in My word, then you are truly disciples of Mine; and you will know the truth, and the truth will make you free.'”
—John 8:31-32 (NASB)

Our health, wellness, fitness, exercise, rest, nutrition, and sexuality.

Our core feelings, awareness of our inner world of emotions, self-management of our feelings, empathy, and identity with others.

Our calling, life-work, career, and ability to be productive within the waking, working hours of the day.

Our earning, spending, saving, and giving.

Experiences in the delight of inspiration, invention, artistic expression, originality, and the use of our talents and imaginations to enrich our lives and impact others.
