Our volunteer coordinator will recruit volunteers; coordinate volunteer orientations and onboarding; promote volunteer opportunities for events, mentoring, and other initiatives; match volunteers with appropriate opportunities; communicate regularly with volunteers regarding needs, updates, and events; and much more.

Supervise residents during the evening/weekend hours, distribute and record medications, document information on daily logs, and update staff coming on shift, oversee security by locking doors and turning on the security system. and participate in supervision, committees, company-wide and staff meetings.

Our Residential Night Coach will be responsible for supervising and assisting residents during nighttime and sleeping hours. They will also be responsible for tasks like distributing nighttime medications and managing the overnight security system.

Hope Ranch for Women is looking for a compassionate, dependable House Parent to walk alongside women survivors of human trafficking as they rebuild their lives in a safe, faith-centered home.
