Hello Friends and Partners of Hope Ranch,
I am writing to update you on some very exciting news that we believe will help us prepare the way for the future of Hope Ranch For Women.
As many of you know, in addition to founding and leading Hope Ranch, I am also an Associate Pastor and lead Christ Church alongside my husband. God is blessing our church and Hope Ranch with growth. God is also blessing my family and I am enjoying the role I play as mom and grandma. This growth is increasing the time required of me in every area of my life, including at Hope Ranch.
Over the past few months, the Board and I have been seeking God’s direction regarding how best to lead the current and future growth for Hope Ranch. As every organization matures, it must anticipate and prepare for necessary change in order to meet the growing mission.
I, along with the Board, am thrilled to share with you a very important and vital change. It is time to hire a CEO who is dedicated full-time to the mission God has given us. We are convinced that this is God’s next step for us to take. We will begin the search for this new CEO in the next several days and wanted you to hear it from us first.
The Board has also dedicated a great deal of time to pray and seek God’s plan as to my involvement at Hope Ranch. I will remain on the Board in the role of Chairman of the Board. This role comes at the request of the Board and is also what I believe to be the will of the Father. God is not asking me to walk away. However, He has clearly shown me that the next phase for HR needs to be passed to a full-time CEO whom He has chosen. I have complete peace and know He is getting this person ready for this role. Hope Ranch has always been God’s plan and all who have served at HR only steward it for the time God gives them.
I, along with the Board, ask for your continued involvement as Friends and Partners of Hope Ranch. As volunteers, prayer warriors, mentors, and faithful donors empowered by God, you have directly impacted women.
I am thrilled for all God is doing. There is peace in this process and it is good. May His peace fill you this beautiful season of our Savior.
Warmly and Respectfully,
Cathy Turner
