Dear Friends,
As the chapter of 2015 came to a close and we journey forward into 2016, I want to pause to thank you for your ongoing prayer and financial support. There are many great organizations doing good work so I am humbled that you chose to help fulfill our mission of empowering women who have been exploited and abused rise above their circumstances in order to become whole in mind, body and soul.
This past year women have experienced mentoring relationships where they were and are continually loved unconditionally. Women have sensed the Holy Spirit’s empowered transformation as they entered the arena with a horse and worked through core lies and, barriers and received revelation from their Heavenly Father at the end of a session.
EXCITING NEWS!!!
Hope Ranch for Women (HR4W) is completely debt free. We, the Board of Directors, couldn’t be more grateful. God has heard our prayers and responded by pouring out His provision.
The HR4W Board of Directors is currently working hard to assess next steps to open the house, funding for all three methods (mentoring, equine assisted learning and the home), while recruiting and training volunteers who directly serve women. The Board’s greatest endeavor is to proclaim and live out the freedom Christ gave to us (Luke 4:18-21). That freedom is for everyone, those we serve, volunteers and donors. Everything we hope to accomplish in 2016 is to live in our freedom while helping others walk their journey of freedom in Christ.
We are hearing hope-filled statements from women while watching their courageous steps toward transformation. Many ask, “How can I help?” Here are a few ways:
- Please pray for a spirit of wisdom and revelation for the Board, all volunteers and the women we serve.
- Please listen to the Father concerning your involvement in financially participating on a consistent basis for the operations of the ministry.
- Please share your God-given resources of time and talent with Hope Ranch.
On behalf of the women we serve, our volunteers and the Board, thank you. We cannot do this without you.
May the Lord faithfully keep you in His Mighty Hand.
Warmly,
Cathy Turner and the Board of Directors
